TIDE +
The Tide + is an evolution of the popular Tide race glove which meets the updated FIA 8856-2018 standard. The updated FIA standard requires a higher level of heat and flame protection across all areas of the glove. This has been achieved while retaining the same superb fit and feel of the original Tide glove.
The Tide + is a revolutionary glove that utilizes cutting edge technology to provide incredible grip, shock absorption, and comfort. Featuring an anatomically correct palm that contours to the natural shape of the hand, the palm of the Tide + glove is made from advanced 3D HTX, a Sparco-exclusive material that increases grip, absorbs vibrations and increases dexterity. The hollow “volcano” shape of the HTX material was specially arranged to increase durability. Another Sparco-exclusive feature is Touch-S technology, which is a “Touch Sensitive” index finger and thumb. This Sparco patented fire-resistant touch sensitive material allows you to use your touch screen data acquisition electronics or phone lap timer apps without taking off your gloves. External seams and an elastic wrist improves fit and comfort. Available in four colors. The Tide + is FIA and SFI approved.
