HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
Orders placed on the website may take up to 48 hours to process. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. If you are in need of Sparco product sooner we recommend placing an order directly with one of our authorized Sparco dealers. You will be notified via email of any “out of stock” items with an ETA for delivery.
If you require expedited service or shipping, we recommend contacting and placing your order directly with an authorized Sparco dealer.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
In an effort to reduce shipping transit time, your order may be shipped by an authorized Sparco Dealer that is closer to your location. If no local dealers can fill your order it will be shipped directly from the Sparco USA headquarters in California.
Orders are shipped via ground shipping from all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS). You will be notified of any changes to the shipping costs for your order before we ship the items to you.
All items purchased from the Sparco website are covered under a 30 Day return/exchange policy. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with the original receipt or gift receipt. All returned products must be in original condition with tags. To process a return you must log onto your account at which point you can create a return.
Most Sparco products are covered under a one-year warranty policy from the original purchase date and only against manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase must be presented for a warranty claim to be considered. Items with a manufacturing defect will be repaired and returned free of charge. In cases where repair is not possible, a replacement of equal value will be offered.
